Running Through the Middle Ages. Thoughts on the mental and physical aspects of running for fitness, from a serious slow runner. Sunday, January 31, 2010. More running than blogging - not much of either. Hmm, there has been a tiny bit more running than blogging around here, but nothing to trumpet about. Weather. Running Through the Middle Ages. Thoughts on the mental and physical aspects of running for fitness, from a serious slow runner. Saturday, February 25, 2006. Epiphany in the 7th mile. Hoo, boy.
