Saturday, August 31, 2013. Changes Needed (Day 14 of 20). Oh and I don't want anyone to think I am doing that awesome with my calorie intake either. That's why yesterday I put "and counting." I knew there was a chance I would overdo it and I did. I did it again today too. Both were a bit over 2500 calories. Could I have done worse? Yes Is it that bad? Thursday, September 26, 2013. I seriously haven't blogged in 10 days? Can't believe it's been that long. I've slipped on the exercise and tracking food thing again. I am still not out of the 220s and it sucks cause I was really close a few weeks ago. Now I'm at that lovely stage where I start coughing stuff up. Basically, I didn't really get anything out of going in except an overdo physical. How is it I have felt like shit for months, but I'm healthy except for the obese thing? Monday, September 16, 2013.

Isn’t it a little weird to actually want to lose something? We go around in a panic because we are late and can’t find what we need for the day, yet we actually struggle to lose something at the same time (for some of us anyway). Weight, that ever elusive substance that stays attached when all we want to do is be rid of it. I will say that I lost a total of 8.6 lbs in my first #10daysoffitness, but I was super motivated not to mention the water weight or whatnot you lose. How did I do it? April 6, 2014.

This is my first post. Woooooooooo! I was thinking about what my goals with exercising are. Right now they can’t really be what I want them to, since I have a knee injury still healing. I need to keep getting stronger in order to be able to ride my bike 10-15 miles again. Sigh. But I exercise at physical therapy 2-3 times a week. Right now, I regularly do the following:. Elliptical for 10-12 minutes. Marching planks (we just added the marching aspect; it is very hard for my bad leg). January 30, 2014.

Starting hard or hardly starting? Decided to stop saying tomorrow and exercised today. Finally! For some reason I find getting up and just starting to exercise the hardest part.
