We met at the Migrant Resource Centre in Rockdale at 9:30 in the morning, where we got information about the excursion. At 10:00 am a bus drove us to Hawthorne Park in Ramsgat. Monday, April 19, 2010. In the Easter Holiday I went to the movies twice. I saw the "Hurt Locker" and "Avatar". Ich saw "Avatar" in the IMAX cinema in Darling Harbour. It was fantastic to see this movie at the big screen. In the Easter Holiday I also had time to catch up with few friend's and enjoyed my free time to read. Sunday, March 28, 2010. 125g butter, chopped. 2 tsp vanilla essence. 1 cup firmly-packed brown sugar. 3/4 cup (110g) plain flour. 1/2 cup (75g) self-raising flour. 2 tbs cocoa powder. 125g milk choc bits. 125g dark choc bits. 1Preheat oven to 180°C. Line base of 2 baking trays with non-stick baking paper. 2Using electric beaters, cream butter, vanilla and brown sugar in a large bowl until smooth (do not overbeat). Beat in egg. Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
