The Republicans are accusing the Democrats of trying to "veto the will of the majority." The Democrats are hitting back with threats to shut down the Senate, followed by going off on tiraids about how the filibuster has been part of the legislative process in the Senate for 200 years. So why aren't they saying that?

A group of students in Georgia (AKA The Five Year Plan) decided to see what happens if everyone on the highway drove at the speed limit (in this case 55mph). The video is a great demonstration of how nuts people can get when they get behind the wheel of their car. Around 3 minutes into the video a van tries to pass the group on the shoulder of the highway and clips a stopped car. A Meditation on the Speed Limit.
