Wednesday, October 2, 2013. The Fix for this Mess. My fellow Americans, these are not dark days. These are the days of the surreal and the absurd. Apparently these jack holes in DC don't think any of us give a damn. They have just allowed a million people to go jobless while they continue to get paid. They have implemented a healthcare plan. Scroll through Facebook and you’ll find plenty of pissing and moaning. I for one, am tired of it. Things are great! Turn off the TV. If you see a negative story on Facebook, stop reading it and don’t “share.” Focus all of your energy on the great things in your life and you can expect to get more of them! Realtor, US Marine.

Monday, February 25, 2013. Get Healthy, Wealthy and Wise:. The fast food lunch is a killer for both your wallet and your waistline. I can seriously eat lunch all week long for about $10. And my lunch is way. From your kitchen that is worse for you than a combo meal. It simply can't be done. At my peak, I was eating out roughly 15 times per week. Let's assume $8 per meal. Friday, September 6, 2013. Three Things to Know About Real Estate Right Now. Interest rates have gone up. Today they are at 4.75%. Still ridiculously low. When they dipped below 5% in 2010, it was the first time that had happened since ’02 and only the third time ever. They will go up over 5% again sometime soon, reducing buying power for prospective homeowners. A buyer who qualifies for $350,000 today may only qualify for $325,000 or less at 5.5%.
