Apparently, I am insanely awesome.I dropped 1.3lbs overnight.how fantastic would it be if I could do that everyday? In all honesty, I must have been retianing water yesterday or something because I burned 3390 calories and consumed 1800.that is only 1590 deficit, which (if you believe a pound = 3,500 calories) would mean I would lose 0.5lbs. Ehwho knows.I can't complain! I'll complain when I gain more weight!

Okso I'm definitely thinking the excess weight was water or too much sodium, or not enough water or something. I weighed in again today and "lost" another 1.2lbs.so now I'm at a 236.2.amazing.in two days I've lost almost 3lbs. :-p. Anyhow.I'm getting a bit sick of my job. I am tired of having to wake up so early. Especially now that I'm working out I'm doing my best to get more sleep! I also killed it...
