Trying to keep motivated about running in 2011 and beyond…. Juneathon 2015 – Day 27: Quick swim for Juneathon! There was one lane left for everyone else to use and 5 people already using it when I got in. I managed 20 lengths in the end before giving up on it so today’s effort was 0.31 miles front crawl🙂. Just back from the worse day of driving ever! So in total I’ve spent 7 hrs driving today! 500m (0.31 miles) front crawl in 10 minutes. 15, 408 Steps (Day 26). June 27, 2015. Do you want to comment?

For my Juneathon activity for today I went out in my bike and came back for a marathon ironing sesh…so rock ‘n’ roll! Ah well, at least it’s done now…will last all about a day! Tonight was a lot better in terms of weeds – don’t get me wrong, there were still a lot there, just less than 2 weeks ago. Apparently it’s been de-weeded since we were last there (not sure about de-weeded to be fair, maybe cut back a bit at most! 1200m (0.75 miles) swim over 1hr training session. 28,936 Steps (Day 23). It was a really hot day so out came the shorts – not something I’d usually do unless I had to for a tri but I wouldn’t typically run on a really hot day either! Just one more day of Juneathon to go! I haven’t managed to get round all the blogs as much as I’d like to but from those I have read looks like everyone’s made a stirling effort and there’s some crazy mileage going on as always, don’t know how peeps manage it, but big well done to them! Here’s to the next ‘athon🙂. Cycled 35.11 miles in 2 hrs, 29 mins, 35 secs (Av. mph: 14.1). Ran 47 miles in 42 mins, 25 secs (Av. pace: 9:01/mile). 430, 384 Steps.
