Matt has recently interviewed to be a patrol officer, and I'm really hoping he gets a spot soon so he can get out of corrections and be doing what he really wants to be doing. Friday, January 25, 2013. Man, what a crazy month it's been. Since I posted last, we have had quite a few adventures, including a fun Christmas visiting with all our family close by, and a trip to visit Beckett's AZ cousins. This is Beckett in his Christmas Eve jammies from my Mom. Aren't they adorable? Playing in his tent with Dad on Christmas morning. It was nice to get away to see our fam, and to enjoy the 50's and 60's temps. Plus, Beckett was SUCH A GOOD KID! He loved all the neon lights, and ran up...

Thursday, August 14, 2014. Our Summer. So Far. Our little fam has had a great summer so far. With our little man on the way and Matt and I both staying crazy busy at work, we haven't been able to do much but daydream about venturing too far from home this year, but that doesn't mean we haven't been able to squeeze in some fun times. Friday, May 16, 2014. It's a. BOY! My doctor had told me he was pretty confident that we were having a girl, and even kept referring to the baby as "her" and "she" throughout my last appointment, but then told me not to "paint the walls pink just yet", just to be safe, 'until we could see her'. So. we had a bit of a surprise this week when we found out we are having another BOY! But as soon as the ultrasound tech put the wand to my belly, it was pretty clear! That is so exciting! Friday, November 1, 2013. Here are a few pictures of our recent goings on to get out and enjoy the fall while we still can! We were able to make one final trip over to Cache valley to Willow Park with Beckett's pal, Molly, which was so fun. We went on lots of walks (well I walked, he RAN, as you can see) and saw tons of wildlife; squirrels, birds, wild turkeys and even some deer. Friday, October 28, 2011. I cannot believe my baby is 6 months old already! He is growing and changing so much lately, it seems like he's learning something new every day.
