It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere.Right? Back on the Exercise Bandwagon! Gosh, I despise working out). Daisy of Love 30 minutes of cardio 20 minute walk with Newlywed Husband and Winston. I'm saying it does. Attempting to go to a Bikram Yoga class tonight. Back with details later. (if I don't die). - Didn't go. Oops. Is having to say goodbye to the best boss ever not stressful enough without adding a workout? Rollerbladed 5 miles. Pretty much almost died. Move Walking up and down stairs is enough of a workout.
