Trouble At T'Mill - a wargaming blog. WAB, WECW, Dux Britanniarum, IABSM3 and many other wargames rules, mostly in 28 and 15mm. The Miller's Tale Podcast. Friday, 17 July 2015. So, we're off on holiday to the USA tomorrow at 5 o'clock in the morning. This means I will probably not be blogging for the next two weeks. I may pop up the occasional post, but in general I'm having a break from serious use of computers. Links to this post. Thursday, 16 July 2015. Links to this post. Wednesday, 15 July 2015.

Miss Rosie Beau: Festival of the Forties 2014

http://everything-unfinished.blogspot.com/2014/08/festival-of-forties-2014.html

Friday, 1 August 2014. Festival of the Forties 2014. Last weekend we went over to the Festival of the Forties since we attended last year and enjoyed it so much that we felt we should go back for more. Just like last year the festival did not disappoint and the weather was similarly glorious too. We enjoy the Festival of the Forties because it has a wonderful balance of displays, entertainment and shopping. Also a man in a dug out said I had nice hair, aww shucks! However now I must say good night, becau...

1940's Style For You: May 2015

http://fortiesknitter.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html

Vintage knitting, vintage clothing and vintage finds and craft! Sunday, 24 May 2015. Pretty as a Picture - 1930s Bow Jumper. Sorry it’s been so long since I last checked in. My laptop threw a fit and refused to recognise blogger; what fun! I tried out the blogger app for the iPad, but I couldn’t get to grips with that, technology not being a strong point of mine, so Mr Y came to the rescue and ordered me a shiny new machine, so hopefully I can finally add some listings to my Etsy shop. Another commission...

1940's Style For You: November 2014

http://fortiesknitter.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html

Vintage knitting, vintage clothing and vintage finds and craft! Wednesday, 26 November 2014. A Bit of This and That. Well, I was looking back through my blog and it would appear that it has been a while since I’ve done a catch up post, so I’m here to try to rectify that! So what have we been occupying ourselves with lately? October started out pretty poorly really, when we had a decidedly scary few days when some planned building work went awry. The back of our Victorian house is rendered. Argh, the dust!

1940's Style For You: Free Knitting Pattern - Simple 1930's Jumper - Good Needlework

http://fortiesknitter.blogspot.com/2015/04/free-knitting-pattern-simple-1930s.html

Vintage knitting, vintage clothing and vintage finds and craft! Wednesday, 15 April 2015. Free Knitting Pattern - Simple 1930's Jumper - Good Needlework. This is a great little 1930's number. Knitted in a simple stripe design with smart lines, this is great for a beginner, as it is entirely worked in knit and pearl stitches. The original is for a 35" bust, but because the pattern repeat is only over 6 stitches, its an easy one to size up. To get the pattern. 15 April 2015 at 09:13. Thanks a mill :D.

The New Andrew Sisters

Monday, August 6, 2012. It's time to blow the dust off of this blog and come back to the world. Agreed? With myself (Audrey) and Erika and Caroline to contribute, I think we can get some good stuff back on here, since classics are still our lives. But to start off, my good friend Bailey tagged this blog in the Leibster Blog Award Chain. So I'm going to continue it here! The tag-ee must tell eleven things about themself. The tag-ee must then answer the eleven questions given to them from by tagger. 9 I sp...
