We headed back to the Rock River and put the GT-150 in the water. The motor started right up and we were off. The boat performed beautifully! 44mph on speedo and GPS and the 1979 Mercury 90HP Tower of Power sounded AWESOME! The Merc is Running! Check Out the Video! Looks Great in the Water. Time For a Rest. Whew! First Coat, Looking Good.

After adding some temporary registration numbers to the hull, we took the GT-150 to the Rock River north of Oregon, IL for it's first time. Complete Restoration of a 1975 Z1. Saturday, July 24, 2004. The bike has been torn down to just the rolling chassie now. The moter is in the process of being rebuilt as the cylinders had to be resleeved so it will go back standard bore. More parts have arrived and as soon as I get the H2 finished and the 73 Z1 started back up, I will finish the tear down and start the paint on the frame. I should be posting pics soon.
