The world evolves around me. Wednesday, April 29, 2009. Changbai Mountain 長白山 白頭山. Like a jade in the sky. This is Heaven on Earth! The frosty giant is situated in northeast China, bordering the Democratic People's Republic of Korea in the south. The Chinese call it 長白山. The Koreans call it 白頭山. The most beautiful part is the 'tian chi', formed in the crater of changbai mountain. It has four seasons, winter is the longest and the most beautiful one. Most of the hot springs have temperatures over 60'C.
