Fell top stories and associated adventures: A saunter up Scafell & Slightside
http://felltopstories.blogspot.com/2015/08/a-saunter-up-scafell-slightside.html
Fell top stories and associated adventures. By award winning photographer Lynne Watson (Thats's me! A saunter up Scafell and Slightside. We started after parking the car walking into the valley along a well trodden path. A little bit of upwardness followed by a nice flattish path then more upwardness meant we gained some initial height quite quickly. At the top we walked through another valley with Mickledor straight in front and a tasty gully to our left which was our route up the next part of the hill ...
Walking The Peak: Baslow, Chatsworth Park, and Edensor
http://peakwalking.blogspot.com/2015/08/baslow-chatsworth-park-and-edensor_8.html
My walks in the Peak District and the surrounding areas, using public transport to get there.also some of my days out; when I still walk quite a bit too. Saturday, August 8, 2015. Baslow, Chatsworth Park, and Edensor. I got off the bus at Baslow Nether End; as I was approaching the bus stop there was a much longer announcement in Chinese with no corresponding information in English. Here's a short video of me passing through the gates. They are tall and totally enclose you; it's like being in a cage.

Ranskill, Sutton cum Lound, Sutton Grange, Tiln, and Retford. Everything was fine, my right ankle is aching a bit, but that's all - I had all contingencies covered though. If the writing's still too small to read after clicking on the images to enlarge them, here's a link to the Wikipedia page. I left the village, heading no...

Group Walk To Clumber Park. Another walk with the Doncaster autism group. Hardwick Hall, Hardwick Park, Darfoulds Garden Centre, and Langold Lake Country Park.
