So after all of that it's not as shiny and soft at it used to be. I flat iron my hair. I never swim in pools. I cut my hair often. But i still have lots of split ends and it's kinda dry and frizzy. Also, what is the best shampoo/conditioner to use? Question to get healthy/thicker hair? DO NOT use hair loss cream for this. It can seriously wreck your hair. And just because your hair isn't thick, doesn't mean it isn't healthy. I have very thin hair, but it's in top condition. :). Is my hair too long?
