She took Ali's picture in a variety of outfits and poses. She was awesome and took some really nice pictures! We stopped for lunch at Honeybaked ham, so good, then we spent the rest of the afternoon getting ready for Halloween. We carved pumpkins, got costumes washed and ready. If you look in the back corner you will see our 3 bare root fruit trees. A Red Baron Peach, Moorpark Apricot and a Santa Rosa Plum. Ali played in the mud and helped Mom dig holes. I think maybe the weather change might be getting to Ali too. Our monthly MOMS Club meeting was today but we stayed home just in case Ali was sick. Ali doing a forward roll with mommy on the balance bar! Doing another forward roll on a big foam wheel. Congratulations, Alistair, you've graduated from Little Gym! Ali see's a big animal, really big animal. He's excited about it and wants to get closer. Let's get even closer! Let's feed him a tasty snack!

Born Jan 16th 2009, 10:53am, 7 lbs 6 oz, 20 5/8 inches. Saturday, May 29, 2010. As soon as we got home, we showed him the big box with all the strawberries, and let him pick out the first one. Naturally, since he has two hands he chose one tasty looking berry for each hand. He ate those two strawberries with such gusto and zeal. It was fun to watch. He really loves fresh fruit, and mommy and daddy love to feed it to him! This one looks just right! There are so many, I can't decide! Posted by Loren Godfrey.

Miracles of the Heart. Friday, February 3, 2012. Ya'll make my heart flutter. February 3, 2012. Psalm 111:1 I will give thanks to the LORD with all my heart. This morning I have packed three paper bag lunches, fixed breakfast and drove two of my kids to school. Simple, ordinary, daily mommy duties and at one time the deepest longings of this moms heart and my whispered midnight prayers. My eyes are misty this morning. It's 5 years today. Can you believe it? My shelter from the storm. And calmed my fears.
