I recently went through a traumatic experience (rape) about a month and a half ago and I attempted suicide twice within that time frame. was put on a 72 hr hold. and now am seeing an ASTOP counselor. Am I going to be able to reach the point I was at before this happenened to me? Will I stop thinking that the world would be better off with out me in it? Will I not have to be so paranoid about everything? Will I be okay? I am glad you are seeing a counselor....

Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Will i over come my fear? When i was 7 i got hit by a car and as a result i broke my neck and lots of other stuff came as a result. The thing is i now have a fear of driving i have had a few lessons but i gave up because it scared me.i would like to lern but i dont no how to handle this . I don't drive either. So shut up im only 15), say the wrong words, and fiddle with objects and not notice it til 5 minutes later? I think the best thing to do is go to the doctors. It doesnt sound like your mad though. Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Yeah i just feel so weird about school work, i feel as if though i dont get a 90% on all my work im a failure and will never get anywhere. So what can i do to not feel like that? And without stressing myself with hours of studying? It is good that you are motivated, but obviously this bothers you, so I suggest you try to accept yourself as normal and that you don't have to compete with anyone but yourself. No one is perfect and you shouldn't obsess about it. Get a social life.

Tuesday, May 25, 2010. How do I know if Iam a alcoholic? I have been drinking red wine or burgundy sometimes to the point of blacking out.this happens maybe twice a week? My last drink(s) were on Friday night, during which I did black out and now it's Sunday evening and I am having SEVERE anxiety.is the alcohol, or lack of the culprit?
