Thursday, November 25, 2010. I don’t remember a lot about my childhood but I will never forget that…. It was during break time when we usually gather to play ‘zero-point’. My classmate, Mingshi brought me to a quiet corner under a shady tree. There, she led me to say the sinners’ prayer. I was in Primary 4 when I first invited Jesus into my heart. I did not go there again. Then one year, Weixuan invited me to her Christmas service. I went and responded to the altar call. But I did not go back. I did not ...

Thursday, May 26, 2011. Melbourne 28 Apr to 6 May 2011. We arrived at the airport to find that our flight to Melbourne was cancelled! Day 4/Mon – We woke up the earliest this day, at 5am so to catch our tour coach for the Great Ocean Road. The weather was gloomy at Melbourne but I refused to accept this. So with hopeful hearts, we set off on the journey. Finally when we arrived, the weather was so fantastic, sunny and yet cooling! Day 7/Thur – Checked out St Kilda Beach and Chapel Street. National Day Ce...

Friday, September 18, 2009. My cgmate, Ginna created the following pix in FB. Yup, my photo right at the centre so you will remember to. Embrace the brand new day with open arms (:. See, my friend actually created the following photo in FB, depicting me as smart and thin. However I think my other photos could depict my thinness and smartness more accurately than the ones used here. Nonetheless, the descriptions are somewhat true ;). Saturday, September 05, 2009. Sharon did just that today. The altar has ...

Sunday, August 08, 2010. Lu Rou Fan - part 2. Still missing Taiwan's Lu Rou Fan, we were thrilled to chance upon this Taiwanese tea hut called Man Ting Xiang in Century Square. However the rice wasn't the same fragant round rice we ate in Taiwan. Neither was the Lu Rou as tasty too. Guess we could never compare the authentic taste found in true blue Taiwan. Saturday, June 13, 2009. I thought how ridiculous could this be! In my mind, I have presumptuously assumed the phone price could only go down and not the other way up since new models are constantly being added to the market and surely this new phone will become somewhat less demanded so the price should depreciate, isn’t it correct? It was almost $100 less than that offered by my current service provider! Thank God I waited :D. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). View my complete profile. The altar has crumbled...
