Lucky's Hideaway: A Man's Scooter!
http://luckyll.blogspot.com/2011/08/mans-scooter.html
The musings of a two-wheeled public servant. Friday, August 19, 2011. As expected, the jokes have already started at work about my new "girly" bike! No worries, I can take it and dish it out with the best of 'em. However, one of my colleagues was worried that I might feel emasculated by the fact that I'm now "stuck riding a step-through", so he wrote me the following email which I share with you now:. Notice: you should be aware that men will shoot at you because they are jealous of your ride. Now, go lo...

Lucky's Hideaway: Like a Fine Bottle of Wine.
http://luckyll.blogspot.com/2011/09/like-fine-bottle-of-wine.html
The musings of a two-wheeled public servant. Friday, September 09, 2011. Like a Fine Bottle of Wine. Some things, like good wine, tend to age well; while others, like bad fish, not really. If I walked into a local dealer's showroom with a wad of cash in my pocket, how many of these old modern bikes would still yank my crank (so to speak). Another technologically advanced motorcycle (at the time) which has continued with a long heritage is the early-nineties Honda VFR. As handy as a Swiss Army knife a...

Angi the Biker Chick: September 2009
http://angibikerpants.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Angi the Biker Chick. Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Bike needs her beauty sleep. Posted by AngiPants on 2:42 PM. Alexia hasn't been braking to her full capacity lately. I also noticed some fluid on the front of the bike. I took it into Mach 1 for a quick visual and was told the front fork seal was leaking. The fluid had also saturated my front break pads so that was why my breaking was so squishy. Mach 1 told me $350 for parts and service. Ekkks and ouch! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The come here to molt, feed, have thier pups, and sleep. Mostly to sleep. Fences warn to stay at least 50 feet away.
