It had a twist at the end, she hated going to her grandparents and she had to go there for her punishment. She ended up really liking it and she thought it was funny because her mother had thought that was punshment she had the best summer of her life. I enjoyed this book and i recomend reading it. I agree that the grandparents were alittle strange. I think its strange to us because we dont live in the type of area we do. But my grandpa deffinatly would not be sitting on my bed with a rooster. I also agree that there was alot of fluff within the story that could have just been deleted to make the story better.
