The kundalini/luminosity class I teach and more. 其實要回憶起當初學脈動瑜伽的經過有些辛苦:p 只記得自己想要學會如何放鬆，剛好有朋友介紹，說練起來會有一種 淡淡的喜悅 ，聽起來還滿不錯的，也沒多想，就開心地去上課了。 接著陸續深入脈動的結果，體會也跟著變化，不同時期依自己不同的狀況，動作會自然改變，慢慢意識到自己的情緒與內心的渴求，好像有什麼 聲音 在述說著許多 求不得，苦 ，期盼得到安撫或解脫，於是當被安撫了或覺得解脫了，一切就歸於平靜。 渴望放鬆、渴望平靜、渴望喜悅、渴望解脫，不就是很單純地想要 安心 而已嗎 不想再因為工作、或生活、或家人、或成就、或財富或 不想再爲 人生的一切大小事 而焦慮、煩惱、用盡心機苦苦追求，很簡單，練習脈動就好了。 Leave a Reply Cancel reply.
