My husband and I went to Tunisia for our Anniversary and when we were in the city of Sousse we stop at a restaurant and as we knew that the Spicy Moroccan Stewed Fish was in the Jamie Oliver book we decided to taste it as per it was supposed to taste. When we arrive back home we decided to give it a whirl. The ingredients that you require are:. Freshly Ground Black Pepper. 2 Cloves of Garlic.

Kedgeree (Page 288) is a mix of rice, eggs and poached fish. a nice tasting dish, but would consider it would be better served as lunch as opposed to a dinner, the reason being that when you have a main dinner course it has to be filling and memorable, this dish lacks this but would satisfy as a lunch.
