It never occurred to me that I may not be able to conceive or that the financial stability I wanted to create before I had a family could be lost in an economic recession of mammoth proportions unseen since the Great Depression. Friday, February 27, 2015. The Ice Castles of Minnesota! This is definitely a unique experience here in MN. Look at the beauty! It is an acre-sized, all-ice castle in Eden Prairie! They are open until March 7th, Sunday through Thursdays 2-9pm and Friday through Saturday 2-10pm. These ice castles are amazing and feature archways, tunnels, slot canyons, ice slides, caverns, glacial waterfalls and a frozen throne! Now doesn't that sound fun! Perfect for families to explore! Also, we’ve done away with the bottle at the same time – now she just has weetbix in the morning and milk in a sippy cup at night after dinner. Ysabel now says about 14 words.
