I notice my son(11) is still willing to talk about sensitive subjects like sex in my last blog. Remembering my childhood growing up I was less willing to share my feelings, especially to my parents. According to Everyday Convestions Everyday, research found that “75% of 11-14-year-olds want their parents to talk to them about sex, 44% do not trust what they hear from friends. 25% percent said they were confused about the basics of sex despite all they heard in the playground and on television” The Times by Rosemary Bennett.
