Our robots were used to show that by lowering the centre of gravity we can make objects less wobbly and better able to balance. In week 8 all the year 6 children in the Te Aramoana syndicate had the opportunity to go to school camp. As part of the Year 6 camp activities children collected items from the bush and around the camp grounds and turnrd them into Crazy Camp Critters.

Our Matariki celebrations at the Marae last week was a fabulous event where children explored a range of different activities as part of the Matariki event. The school Kapa Haka group wait for the start of the powhiri. The school tukutuku panels were welcomed back on to the marae. We made matariki lanterns in the wharekai.
