I have a midterm tomorrow, but instead of studying some more, I'm posting here. I tell myself that I'll be good and go back to studying soon, but who knows? Last week I had also made a batch of brownies for a meeting in the house. I used this. Here's what I did:. 2 cups white sugar. 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 tablespoon instant coffee.

I guess these things just ebb and flow, like anything else. What's happened since then? Well, not much. Mostly, life has just stabilized. I have a great house for next year, a summer job at the BIAC. For lack of chocolate chips, we made a chocolate frosting instead. I had to take a photo with my cell phone, because I forgot my camera at home. 4 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder. 6 tbsp. milk. 4 C (1 lb.) powdered sugar (sifted, if possible). Melt butter in a saucepan. Add cocoa powder and milk. Bring to a rolling boil over medium heat.
