That's down three pounds from last week folks! Now I know that once my body gets used to eating less my weight loss will be slower. But at this point, I'm pretty darn excited. I'm not that surprised really since I haven't been eating the best foods, nor have I exercised. I am however staying under my recommended caloric intake which is definitely a big step.
