Wargaming Chaos: June 2014
http://wargamingchaos.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 17, 2014. More Malifaux Minis Manifest. Or maybe the Ronin. I think I'll paint them differently than the crew "proper" as the base will tie them together. Now to come up with a color scheme. Monday, June 9, 2014. Almost Forgotten, But Not Quite. Yeah, I know- a picture of a tablet. Gameplay. Well, nobody in either of my home gaming groups is willing to get into this edition of the game, so I'll have to reserve judgement here. Hopefully in a couple of weeks (when my schedule clears u...Reall...

Wargaming Chaos: July 2014
http://wargamingchaos.blogspot.com/2014_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 31, 2014. End of the Month, and Moar Xombeez. I'm the sort of fellow who loves hacking minis apart and putting them back together in new and strange configurations, as will be shown by this project. Plus, zombies. I've put quite a dent into the project, finishing Mortis (gaps, basing, and all), 25 Enforcers (with four rocket launchers taken from left over Dust "Bot Hunters") 3 snipers (whom I regret not showing the process of converting their rifles), 2 Marine officers (made from regular m...

Wargaming Chaos: I Feel Salty
http://wargamingchaos.blogspot.com/2015/04/i-feel-salty.html
Tuesday, April 28, 2015. First up, here are the Blaze Beetle and Roxor minis I forgot last time. I've been pondering if I should hit the beetle's carapace with gloss varnish, but right now I'm holding off. Here are the minis from the Salt Pillar spawn point. As I had finished painting the Fireflow Denizens not too long ago, and the minis are exactly the same, I figured I'd go ahead and paint these monsters now while I'm still in that groove. Wargaming Chaos: September 2013
http://wargamingchaos.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Wednesday, September 25, 2013. No, today I really couldn't think of a title, so that's all you get. This was a sign. reaching into my pocket I produced the stack of one dollar bills I had scrounged. Ten of them. The material, which was also the closest match to the color I paint my terrain, was affordable and just seemed to beckon to me. The right color, the right price, the right material. It was meant to be. Nothing quite like when a plan comes together. I'm not sure when I'll be able to employ the mat...

Wargaming Chaos: May 2014
http://wargamingchaos.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 27, 2014. Forward Progress With the Faux. So I've been working on my Malifaux minis like a madman. Toshiro is done, Ama no Zako has been finished, and Shang is ready to go. At least nearly so. The weather here in NoVA has not cooperated with me, and I have yet to varnish a single mini. This makes me afraid to touch them (too much) as I don't want to mess up my work. I hate. Wednesday, May 21, 2014. Finally, Yan Lo and his Soul Porter. I painted the casting hand the same green as the magi...

Wargaming Chaos: October 2013
http://wargamingchaos.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 25, 2013. Taking Some Time Off. I'm busy getting married today. I'll be taking a bit of time off doing married guy things. Be back to writing in a week or so. Wednesday, October 2, 2013. Here's hoping tonight goes well. Tuesday, October 1, 2013. Well, the task of slapping together some more terrain has come to an end. I glued some ballast down, spray primed everything, and then laid down the real colors. The tanks on the other hand are constantly exposed to the elements, so they needed to...

Wargaming Chaos: July 2013
http://wargamingchaos.blogspot.com/2013_07_01_archive.html
Wednesday, July 17, 2013. Who are they and what are they up to? The mystery of the box continues. Fully assembled and primed, these minis are for a new game system- a skirmish game system. What might that be? Thursday, July 11, 2013. What's in the box? What's in the box? A box came in from the Miniature Market today. It has all sorts of interesting randomness inside. There is a plan behind all this random stuff, rest assured. What is said plan? Stay tuned to find out! Tuesday, July 9, 2013. Deep strike -...

Wargaming Chaos: April 2014
http://wargamingchaos.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 15, 2014. Why this sudden interest in SDE again? Well, for those of you out of the Kickstarter loop, there's a new expansion on the horizon. This is just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the Forgotten King edition of the game, and I will most likely wax more as more gets "leaked", but mostly watch here as my minis come along toward completion in the next weeks. Labels: Super Dungeon Explore. Thursday, April 3, 2014. No More Cryx in my Neck. After much consideration and gamer soul-se...

Wargaming Chaos: February 2014
http://wargamingchaos.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 12, 2014. Mean Green Mini Stripping Machine. Once again Blogger rotates my photo. Give me summer any day. I'm going to start back up on my Greys, snide comments about my color scheme be damned. I bought them to enjoy the hobby aspect of these games, so I'm going to enjoy it weather certain people. Want me to or not. Besides, I've gotten more compliments than criticisms on my army, and I. Like the color scheme. Time to grab my brush and go to town. Now, if you'll excuse me. I dropped t...
