I have to admit right off the bat that I cheated on the whole not weighing myself daily. Thing We still have our old-school scale and I was on it every single day. So I knew pretty much all week to expect a low loss, but I still was hoping for better than this. I lost 3.6 lbs for my second week post-op. Body Fat %: 51.5. 1 inch) L 16.25. 1 inch) L 28.

My Gastric Sleeve Journey. Welp, I’ll Never Do That Again… →. I finally did it! July 31, 2015. This weekend will be a challenge. Big birthday dinner for my mom and her sister. My grandmother doesn’t know I’ve had the surgery and I don’t want her to know. She’s very judgey. So my reasoning for my weight loss will be that I quit eating crap and watched my potion sizes and drink only water and unsweet tea. Well, that is true, right? I have a hard time believing that, but why would he lie? I finally did it!
