Besonders interessant fand ich, dass hier ein Sirup aus Zitrone gekocht wird, der dann über den Kuchen gegeben wird. Das Rezept für eine 20 cm Springform:. 175 g zimmerwarme Butter. Abgeriebene Schale einer Zitrone.

Hätte ich gewusst, dass es so einfach geht, hätte ich sie schon viel früher gemacht. Das Rezept ergibt ungefähr 15 Stück (es sollte ja bloß mal ausprobiert werden). 50 g Weiße Kuvertüre. 25 g weiche Butter in Stücken. 8 g Limoncello (italienischer Zitronenlikör). 20 g gemahlene Mandeln.
