Put all ingredients in crockpot on low for 8 hours:. 1 large package of semi frozen chicken thighs (defrosted enough to break apart). 2 or 3 apples. 1/4 C White wine vinegar. 1 1/2 C Apple Cider. I also make bone in pork chops in a skillet with these ingredients but less of the vinegar and cider.
