From kitchen to table. 8 smokey bacon rashers. 190G cheddar cheese grated. 1 small cauliflower cut into chunks. Large pan, medium pan. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Heat the grill to maximum heat. Once the grill is hot cook the bacon on each side until the fat is brown and easy to peel off. Then peel of the fat and cut the bacon into small pieces.
