Oh Lord, What Have I done? I started PT last week. Quad sets, leg lifts, heel slides, mini squats (turns out I should never do a deep squat again) and short arcs. Twenty five each, twice a day and it is amazing how weak I currently am. I need a giant kick in my ass. I’m nervous to get on the scale tomorrow and see how bad it’s gotten.
