the ayars affairs: Join the Legacy
http://mshaiti.blogspot.com/p/since-1967-emmaus-biblical-seminary-has.html
Bob and Launa Petruccio. Jim and Sheila Zimmerman. Since 1967, Emmaus Biblical Seminary has existed to develop Christ-like leaders for the spiritual transformation of Haiti. Today, this means that 70 Haitian men and women, most already in full-time ministry throughout Haiti, are empowered by Emmaus- fed and cared for, trained and discipled, equipped, commissioned, partnered and sent out, lights in a very dark world. the ayars affairs: join
http://mshaiti.blogspot.com/p/join-ebs.html
We need your help. As we live and teach and share and give,. We are blessed beyond words to have many holding our ropes. We are so dependent upon Christ to provide for our family,. And He continues to use YOU. If you feel passionate, blessed, and led by the Lord. To join our family, we need you! Emmaus needs your help, too. An envelope that makes it possible for them to feed, protect, instruct, equip, empower and serve their families, their children, in a land where few can. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

the ayars affairs: haiti
http://mshaiti.blogspot.com/p/haiti-home.html
Haiti is a beautiful place. We continue to be stunned after eight years of how perseverant, how creative, how open and how anxious to be your friend Haiti is. She has seen many a dark day and has claimed many a dark master, but, from the first moment of creation until now, we believe Haiti to be His. Yeah, she may not be a lot to look at. The world might not have much need or much desire or much use for a place like Haiti. Stick around for a while and you'll see for yourself: Haiti is a beautiful place.

http://rcweaver.blogspot.com/2014/07/upcoming-travel.html
Emmaus Biblical Seminary, Cap-Haïtien, Haiti. Saturday, July 19, 2014. It’s about time to head back to the States! The past week we’ve been finishing up what needs to be done before we leave and now we’ve got some deep cleaning and a lot of packing to do. It’s been a quiet summer here and we are so thrilled to have the chance to go back to Kansas and Nebraska for a while before the school year starts back up. Love being here in Haiti, but really looking forward to:. For the baby à. We need this one badly!

the ayars affairs: we like to move it, move it.
http://mshaiti.blogspot.com/2015/08/we-like-to-move-it-move-it.html
We like to move it, move it. I can't imagine such a long road-trip with a 6,4,1 and 5-day-old going any better. I'm not saying there was no screaming. But it wasn't Lisa or I :) So, success! There was also an awful lot of giggling and fun, dance parties and special stops, and after leaving at 8:30 am, we arrived in Philly at 10 pm. The highlight was spending three or four hours with great-grandma in the middle. Nora quite loved staring Grandma down and showing her her toes. View my complete profile.

And suddenly August 9th is. tomorrow. Incredibly hard to believe. Everything- we think- is ready, and a very long day ahead is planned out, packed for and prepared. We met Uncle Don, Aunt Brenda, Galen, Linda and Junior for dinner. Sofie took about 100 pictures on my phone, but I loved these. The girls were overjoyed to be with Uncle June again. Overjoyed. And asking for home. Don and Brenda saw their baby girl off on her honeymoon.it's a big ole weekend for them, too. Beautiful things, tomorrow. The vie...

Ryan and Cheyenne Weaver : March 2014
http://rcweaver.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Emmaus Biblical Seminary, Cap-Haïtien, Haiti. Monday, March 17, 2014. This my friends, is a short story. This (was) a bull that wasn’t very happy to get shocked by an electric fence as soon as it arrived last week. And this (was) a bull who, because of that electric shock, ran around the seminary campus chasing a few guys with the intent to get some payback with his horns. [ Luckily he wasn’t successful! This (was) a bull who was slaughtered. Which makes the process seem even more ugly than it already is.

Ryan and Cheyenne Weaver : September 2013
http://rcweaver.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Emmaus Biblical Seminary, Cap-Haïtien, Haiti. Sunday, September 8, 2013. Pray for Ryan and Chris! Friday afternoon, Ryan and Pastor Chris headed to Haiti. Chris is teaching a two week long class at the seminary and Ryan is spending a week getting to know the missionaries and students there and is finding out what will be expected of us when we move there. While I wish I could be there to find out myself, I am so excited to hear that our 3 month language school was definitely worth it! A Very Busy Fall.

These days have been full of pink and playgrounds, snacks and story time, schooling and baths and boogies and patience and creativity. What a shift for me, coming from our life, to be forced to let go of what I'm going to accomplish, how much I need to get done today, who all I need to reach and get back to and find time for, and instead have these three. In other ways, it is such a challenge. What a calling, this parenting thing.what a joy and challenge. How thankful I am to have these days to l...Minis...
