http://bonblondblog.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
These are a few of my favorite things! Sunday, August 25, 2013. This is the before.again. It's been two weeks since her surgery and the Oral Surgeon wants to adjust the plate in her jaw. He promises it won't be as bad as surgery. He is doing it in his office, but she will still be sedated. The swelling isn't even completely gone from the first time. This is a day after the oral surgeon adjusted the plate. She does feel really good- thankfully since school starts in less than a week! This is the day after...

These are a few of my favorite things! Monday, July 29, 2013. Through all the weeds you can see that my beans need picked. I am so glad I can grow cucumbers! They are so delicious. I like them in salads or just plain with a little salt. I also like them soaked in a mixture of 1 cup vinegar and 1/2 cup sugar simmered and cooled. Add sliced cucumbers, peppers, onions and let it marinate for an hour and yum! If I want peace and quiet, all I need to do is go to the garden. The Daddy of' Em All". We looked in...

The shirt was supposed to be for Courtney but he loved it too much. I thought he looked like Waldo! Jaw Surgery. The LAST. The day before Sierra's surgery Savanna and I went to the Forgotten Carols together. We had fun together and enjoyed some of our favorite Christmas music. She is already such a beauty. A familiar look, unfortunately.

This is looking up the hill where the mud and trees came down. This is looking from the top. It is about a 50 foot drop straight down! Savanna was only a spectator to the race but she ended up very colorful! Chantel came in second overall- she is so speedy! Branding calves on the East. Sherleen got us some tickets and then she came back to watch the Breath of Life show with us. While we were wandering around the PCC, Jackson heard someone call his name and it was a guy from Tonga who had served in his mission. He was a great guy and he took us on a canoe ride. Summers Family Adventures: March 2014
http://bonblondblog.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
These are a few of my favorite things! Tuesday, March 18, 2014. Snorkeling was a hit! We had so much fun in spite of the fact that it was raining. The fish were plentiful. The reef was shallow so we scrapped our knees on them. If we got out where it was deeper it was better. The kids got to video and see a sea turtle which was a highlight. We could have spent a lot more time snorkeling. I am glad the kids liked it! The lovebirds were more like mermaids swimming around. This guy was pretty cool dancing wi...

Summers Family Adventures: October 2013
http://bonblondblog.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
These are a few of my favorite things! Sunday, October 27, 2013. This is what the morning started out like. partly sunny and cool. Bryan is sorting the steers toward me. I have to run the cut-back gate. The weather changed quickly to snow and lots of mud. The good thing is that the facilities here are so good that we weighed and sorted 340 head in about an hour. My hands were freezing! By the time the trucks arrived, it was snowing pretty darn good. John looked like a snow cowboy! Savanna got to miss sch...
