Wednesday, December 01, 2010. First snow play of the season. First time of the season that it has snowed enough to play in. The kids and dogs went out this afternoon and enjoyed it. You can see Jack is growing up. It is amazing how much more tan Jack looks in the snow. It is mostly because his hair gets darker when wet, but also because we're seeing him next to the stark white snow. Here is a c picture I took last week to compare:. Monday, May 24, 2010. Life is SWEET with My Girl, Evie. And don't you wanna know all about her life? Saturday, September 4, 2010. A weekend at the Sangamon River Festival. Last weekend was a great time! Every year, just as school is kicking off, in Mahomet downtown, the roads are blocked off for the Sangamon River Music Festival. Bands all weekend, beer tent, parade, good food, and this year carnival rides! We missed all of the fairs this year but that didn't matter. all of the fair rides came to us! Here are the pics!

Well, what if you could take that sweater and have it turned into something both functional and, well.cuter than all get out? I up-cycle sweaters and turn them into the Monsters. Four sizes, plus dolls all out of recycled garments. The interior fabric is new as are the snaps, but the buttons and sweater fabric is all recycled and getting a second chance at life.
