September 9, 2012. 5 oz (150g) of ground almonds or almond meal. 1 tbsp of chia seeds (soaked overnight). 1 lbs (450g) blackcurrants (or berry of your choice). 1 packet or 10 plates or unflavored gelatin. 25 cups (6dl) of greek yogurt ( if you can get quark replace it with half the yogurt). Mix the almonds, chia and dates in a mixer. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
