2 Months Behind Bars. Sunday, February 26, 2012. Last weekend we went for a wee practice run cycling across NZ in support of the child cancer foundation. The route was Greymouth to Christchurch, 250km from mail centre to mail centre with 39 other riders and 6 support crew. Of course this is a low total number of kilometres compared to what we will be facing to cross America but it has some vicious, soul destroying hills (mountains) in the way.
