The Meditation Project: Noise

Practicing the art of showing up consistently for the spiritual life. Posted by Rhesa Bailey at Monday, March 22, 2010. Have you ever started a project and then, realizing fully what it entailed, wondered what you have gotten yourself into? Trying to begin a meditation practice has been like this for me. Practicing the art of showing up consistently for the spiritual life. Posted by Rhesa Bailey at Monday, March 29, 2010. My family has just completed a HECTIC week.
