The First Day →. February 29, 2012. Starting tomorrow morning this. Will be in progress. I decided I need a plan, a schedule of a sort. In this plan I will allow flexibility because God knows I need it. My marriage would not work if I was not flexible. And I love my marriage, I want it to work. In the summer I normally get up earlier…so all the better. 7-7:30 get dressed, drink water, fix coffee, take vitamins. 7:30-8am work out for 30 min. 8am get Alex up and get his breakfast. 8:45 take Alex to school.
