Grand Views in Small Gestures. Sit here at Our lake and listen to our tales. Thursday, April 28. Neighborhood Easter Egg Scramble. It started with nearly 200 eggs filled with candy. Then 16 adults came to hide those eggs in 9 front yards. 18 kids ages 2yrs old - 18yrs old came out to play and hunt for the eggs. The search was on. Stopping for a moment to talk and look cool. Counting of the eggs and the prizes within. Back to the swing time. It was such a Hoppy Easter on Burton Street. Thursday, April 21.

Everyone else left, but we stayed and played volleyball in the rain. Then it stopped raining and we played on the playground. Before we left, me and my Aunt Angie played baseball. It was really fun! Incidentally, that is when I remember us first having an inside bathroom as well, but that is a story for another time. I will never forget one little 4-year-old boy.
