Cefalexin is an antibiotic commonly used for UTI's i used it alot when i was pregnant as i had kidney infections quite often you should be fine taking it. Congrats on the pregnancy and good luck. Saturday, April 24, 2010. How can I lose weight but not be left with loose skin? Im about 4 - 5 stone over weight and I have made it my "new years resolution" to lose the weight and get fit.
