Gosh it was so yummy and I made a really nice chocolate ganashe for the icing.Charna calls this our "Rainbow Cake".she kinda got carried away with the food colour but, it turned out quite pretty ( I must say). I loved it and we had alot of fun making it. I love it when the grand kids come over for cooking and playdates.

On Saturday after our chores Mark and I took Maurice and Corey up to the mountains.it was snowing softly and so we got out of the car and played in the snow for abit.was just so beautiful just watching the snow fall all around us and even though it was cold the sun was out and you could feel abit of the warmth on your body. My snow man was soooo small.Mark told me to make it on the bench.lol.

We walked 10 miles today from Arzua (pop 6300) to O Pedrouzo Tomorrow we will end our journey and arrive in Santiago as Pilgrims have before us for a thousand years. We have been walking for 6 weeks and for 500 miles. Sandra on the Way in the early morning.
