My journey to lose 30kg by my 30th birthday. October 27, 2016. Today was the day I decided I’m going to do this. I’m beginning the journey to a new me. A me who doesn’t feel self-conscious in public, who doesn’t mind having short sleeved shirts in summer, who can sit comfortably in airplane seats, and not be the “fat one” in the office. I am a.
