We left the older boys with their Grandma and Grandpa in Knoxville so they wouldn't have to endure the craziness and the drive. That made these cookies so good! 1 cup oil ( I used coconut oil). 1 cup brown sugar. 1 cup white sugar (next time I'll try Stevia). 1 1/2 tbs. vanilla. 1 1/2 cup flour. We had a BIRTHDAY BASH. For Carter who turned "3" years old! Layton turned into a "BIG BOY". With his first haircut from his Great-Grandma Hinckley! Tuesday, June 16, 2009. Destin, Florida and The Smokies. 5 1/2 month Josh and 9 month Layton. Hyrum and Kayli and Grandpa. What a fun summer we have had so far! All the family (except of course Spence) came to Destin, Florida for a week of fun in the sun. Lindsay was the photographer for her best friends wedding so we took advantage of them being in the South. What a great time we had and how fun it is to have a photographer in the family.
