When the Governor signs the bill into law it will become Delaware's version of the #ABLEAct. We want to thank Sen. Nicole Poore, Sen. Ernesto Lopez, and Sen. BREAKING NEWS: One of our very own founding families received some much deserved recognition from Delaware Legislators this afternoon. Representative Melanie George Smith renamed House Bill 60 as, "Kayla's Bill", after her family showed intense dedication and tireless advocacy for the ABLE Act. Thank you Rep. Melanie George Smith. And Rep. Quinn Johnson. Oh, and Kayla's Bill was voted unanimously out of the House! Saturday, March 28, 2015.
