A Tale of Two Garretts (and a dog): July 2008
http://wadeandbrittany.blogspot.com/2008_07_01_archive.html
A Tale of Two Garretts (and a dog). Wednesday, July 30, 2008. You can try to avoid change, but sometimes change finds you. I am unfortunately not one of those women who can ask their mother for advice and encouragement. In the grand scheme of life, I suppose that my burning question is rather insignificant. The world’s great minds have asked far more important questions than this. But still, I asked the question and it has bothered me ever since. And so I say to everyone, thank you! A Tale of Two Garretts (and a dog). Thursday, December 11, 2008. We've had an eventful past couple of days. I mentioned in the previous post that my blood pressure was high and my doctor wanted me to come back two weeks later for another check. That was last Wednesday. As it turns out, my blood pressure had gone up even more! My doctor had me admitted to Gwinnett. Medical center that afternoon. I had the privledge. Now we're on to the BIG appointment next week. We have hopefully our last ultrasound o...

A Tale of Two Garretts (and a dog): September 2008
http://wadeandbrittany.blogspot.com/2008_09_01_archive.html
A Tale of Two Garretts (and a dog). Tuesday, September 23, 2008. Something else to write about! It occurred to me this morning that my last two posts (and heck, maybe more? Were about Hudson. For nearly two years she has been our only child of sorts. Granted, she has fur, horrible breath and ears that just can't seem to stay in place. But she has been such a source of entertainment in the house since the night she arrived. Hudson is in for a RUDE awakening come late April of 2009. Labels: baby on the way.

Our due date has not changed, so the countdown to April 27, 2009 is on! I'd like to take this opportunity to say that my doctor's office, Preferred Women's Healthcare. Has been outstanding so far. I have a few friends who also use this practice, and I am so happy that I made the switch! Posted by Wade and Brittany.

A Tale of Two Garretts (and a dog): November 2008
http://wadeandbrittany.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
A Tale of Two Garretts (and a dog). Friday, November 21, 2008. Apologies for not being consistent with updating the blog lately! I went to the doctor yesterday for a routine visit. I'm nearly 18 weeks into the pregnancy, so we're starting to be asked to make decisions about how we're going to finance the birth, what types of birth we want, etc. Honestly, I expected these questions to come later! My doctor's office doesn't waste any time apparently! The baby's heart rate. Was at 155 bpm. Marks two years s...

A Tale of Two Garretts (and a dog): August 2008

A Tale of Two Garretts (and a dog). Monday, August 25, 2008. This blog is brought to you with limited commercial interruption by …. Insane. I won’t even go into the mess that was race walking – I can only tell you how hard I laughed. Now we find ourselves without Olympic coverage for the first full day in some 19 days. The new seasons of our favorite shows do not start for another month or more. It is as though we’ve forgotten how we spent our evenings before the Olympics. Posted by Wade and Brittany.

A Tale of Two Garretts (and a dog): Take your dog to work day!
http://wadeandbrittany.blogspot.com/2008/09/take-your-dog-to-work-day.html
A Tale of Two Garretts (and a dog). Sunday, September 21, 2008. Take your dog to work day! This past Friday, my co-worker and I decided that since we had quite a few people out of the office, it would be a great day to bring our dogs to work. Thankfully, I work for a very small company that is flexible and family-oriented. So instead of going in the boring crate in the garage all day, Hudson got to come to work! As a result of the long work day, Hudson was caught sleeping on the job a few times. Best Bik...

A Tale of Two Garretts (and a dog): Any guesses?
http://wadeandbrittany.blogspot.com/2008/12/any-guesses.html
A Tale of Two Garretts (and a dog). Thursday, December 18, 2008. We had yet another ultrasound yesterday. I'm starting to feel like I need a "frequent customer" card punched every time I go for an ultrasound. Maybe after 6 scans, I will get a free gift! The doctor said that the baby is perfect and right on schedule! We're not sharing the gender with everyone until after Christmas. But here's the latest ultrasound image from yesterday! Posted by Wade and Brittany. Labels: baby on the way. Want to stalk us?
