Saturday, January 17th, 2009. I need to get focused again. On the 26th i'm buying a batch of adderall, so that will help. Plus I've been reading about natural healing foods and whatnot. Oh btw, i'm currently only eating 700cal a day. Should be nice. I hope to be skinny before my boyfriend's mother's wedding. And before my friends wedding where I have to be the bridesmaid. So, what drugs/herbal supplements do you guys use to suppress your appetite? I've used adderall in the past, but i'm interested in trying ephedra. Any one experienced it, or know of anything better?

Hungry and hollow- (. In high school I used to take adderall all the time and never suffered any side effects. I then go for a year or two hardly taking any, and now when I take them the come down is awful. I get that empty depressed feeling, on top of it fucking up my sinuses. Why is this happening now? How can I prevent an awful comedown? I can't smoke weed, I get super paranoid). I heard that drinking a 5 hour energy drink about 3 hours after taking the adderall cane help? Something about the L-amp?
