So, I am pulling out a tool I use all the time, in hopes it helps all of you out too. Are you setting SMART goals for yourself? Is a mnemonic standing for goals that are:. This will put me to the next phase: SMARTER goals (SMART-Evaluate-Reevaluate). Constantly review the goals you have set and learn from the wins and losses. Sunday, March 20, 2011. I admit, my latest posts have been pretty depressing. I have been motivated to write about the things that really upset me or get me ticked off. Monday, January 3, 2011. Resolutions Fail. Set a SMART Goal. As you all know, I believe in SMART. So, is my goal to lose xx lbs of pounds in 2011? Nope Is it to run xx miles? I will continue to use HMR program to eat around 1200 calories per day. I will document my food intake in my journal. I have a younger brother who is a collegiate, record-setting runner.
