We had to wake up early, but I did manage to wolf down breakfast at the all you can eat buffet – eggs, veggies, and lots and lots of fruits. 365 Days of Healthy. Tuesday, January 7, 2014. Comments ( 0 ). Day 7: No Rest for the Weary. I woke up and hit the gym ASAP. No wasting weeks after a vacation waiting to get back into the groove of things – not this time. Started plan to work out first thing and then go back to gym in evening with mom for her workout. But other then that – lots of sitting and waiting. Starbucks coffee and apple crumble for breakfast. Smoked meat sandwich in Washington. Then popcorn (the FIT brand…but that’s a joke, doesn’t taste good) and trail mix. Not one fresh fruit or vegetable all day. Not good. More from this category.
