365 days to better. Cheating often materializes from a false sense of entitlement. It is the result of the feeling that one deserves something better than what they currently have - that the rules don't apply to them; that they're somehow immune to the eventual impact of their bad behavior. Nothing could be further from the truth. Then, I went out of town on business. What if I can't squeeze exercise in? What if I lose control and can't get it back? My self doubt made it easy to justify bad behavior....
